  • we produce detailed drawings, structural consultancy, services layouts and specifications suitable for obtaining lump sum fixed prices for construction.

• Construction Pricing and Contracts

  • we can assist you with building contractor pricing and help you through the contract process. We would prepare a Building Contract for the works to commence and advise you on Party Wall matters as necessary.

  • we can carry out regular site visits and cost, project and site manage your project from start to finish
